Steve P. took home 1st place in game #1 of the 909 Poker League. Steve made great hands all night and got down to head-to-head play with a substantial chip lead against Paul D. Paul was making a nice comeback by doubling up twice until Steve finished him off with a King/six in the final hand.

Looks like 909 Game 1 might have been Steve's last hurrah in his recent impressive run as he was knocked out early in TJPL Game 3. We can only hope. : )
